Job Summary

The Director of Organizational Development (OD) and HR at Limco have overall responsibility for all HR aspects. They are responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position manages the Senior HR generalist (Limco).

Reporting directly to Limco’s GM and working in a matrix with EVP HR in Israel.

The Director of OD will be responsible for providing full life-cycle HR management within the company (Limco).


TAT Limco is located in Tulsa OK.

Limco is known to be one of the industry’s leading independent shops for thermal components MRO serving many of the industry’s leading maintenance organizations as well as over 300 airlines around the world.

In parallel to its MRO business, the company has a small Thermal components OEM activity. Recently the company made a strategic decision to drastically increase its military OEM business for both the commercial and military markets. This new strategy requires the company to lead an organizational change that includes cultural change, capabilities adjustments, management team building, organizational structure change, processes, methodologies, and other systems and tools.

Organizational Development Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implement programs, policies, and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals
  • Assess managers’ and organizational needs for development and training
  • Execute TAT group’s OD Plans and Policies implementation at Limco
  • Management team building – in partnership with Limco’s GM
  • Leadership development.
  • Training programs and workshops for managers and management and execute against specific objectives
  • Talent management program implementation
  • Lead a Culture change, turning Limco into a customer-centric organization with an OEM/innovation and quality mindset
  • Participate/ lead change management teams according to the need.
  • Develop internal communication general program and takes the responsibility to communicate changes internally and gain the trust of managers and employees.
  • Leads initiatives to prepare employees to live in a “new organization”

Overall HR Responsibilities

  • Total HR accountability and ownership of HR solutions for the business/ company
  • Understands the company’s business needs and how to achieve his goals through HR solutions
  • Partner with management and managers to transform the business – generate insights, identify needs, translate needs into requirements, and implement HR solutions.
  • Adjust HR objectives and goals to the business and main goals of the company.
  • Secure the right climate – environment/employee relations.
  • Acts as a coach in difficult moments, Facilitate difficult meetings, and find win-win solutions.


Education & Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR business partner
  • At least one significant position as organizational development leader with proven results (not a consulting position)
  • OD degree is highly desirable.

    Job Description

    The Purchasing Supervisor will implement appropriate sourcing strategies to control the company’s purchased material costs and ensure an adequate supply is provided while managing and optimizing supplier performance, including continuous improvement, innovations, obsolescence, and reduce total cost of ownership.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Flexible hours and some weekends
    • Work closely with vendors to identify sales opportunities, negotiate prices and delivery terms
    • Propose improvements to the current purchasing system that will improve vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business
    • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory control and sales to develop metrics for gauging inventory level needs and then maintaining those levels throughout the year
    • Oversee and troubleshoot On-time Inventory, MRP Tool to day-to-day requirements
    • Take the lead in creating profitable ways to manage obsolete and slow-moving stock to help offset losses
    • Manage the company’s daily purchasing activities and ensure that all purchasing agents are meeting their performance standards
    • Assist in developing more effective invoicing and collecting processes
    • Proven ability to be an influential communicator to achieve buy-in for new ideas

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and direction for environmental compliance programs and practices.
    • Develops, recommends, and implements programs to assure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations, including documentation, reporting, permits, manifests, training, and policy development. Coordinates and manages all on-site hazardous materials.
    • Manage and direct the facilities and maintenance team.
    • This person will oversee all aspects of both safety and health administration.
    • Manages and supports corporate, local, state, and federal health and regulatory safety compliance. Develops, implements, and communicates safety policies and procedures.
    • Coordinates with Human Resources in the management of all loss prevention and workers’ compensation programs. Acts as the primary contact for all employees on accident reporting, investigation, and hazard elimination. Tracks all activity for the facility related to lost work time, return to work initiatives, and restricted duty provisions—Coordinates disability-related absences with Human Resources.
    • This person will develop and administer EH&S training and communication programs (HAZCOM, HAZMAT, Confined Space, Personal Protective Equipment, MSDS, Job Safety Analysis, etc.). Facilitate new hire orientation and contractor safety orientation programs. Tracks all training programs and prepares annual training plans.
    • This person will Interface with external agencies, plant, division, and corporate contacts regarding various EH&E initiatives, programs, and practices.
    • Demonstrates a continual focus on improvements and enhancements
    • Work in a safe manner that promotes the health and well-being of the individual and the environment.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Occupational Safety, EHS, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Biology or Industrial Hygiene
    • Minimum 5 years of experience facilitating and managing EHS programs
    • The employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • EHS experience in manufacturing
    • Experience with safety and environmental inspection and audit processes
    • Previous experience in the acquisition of permits and interaction with regulators
    • Experience leading maintenance and facilities projects and programs
    • Safety Professional or Industrial Hygienist certification
