OEM VP of Strategic Accounts will create long term trusting relationships with the company’s customers and lead the sales process to successful delivery. Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers who develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. While ensuring customers’ satisfaction and execute TAT’s Proactive account management policy. The position is responsible for researching market trends, promoting the company’s products and services, and advise potential and existing customers on company capabilities. They are also responsible for exploring, along with production and engineering, to develop new skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop close relationships with their counter partners at the accounts level.
  • Identify new opportunities within the businesses and develop lasting and trusting business relationships.
  • Develops new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new solutions and sales strategies.
  • Execute TAT’s Proactive Account Management methodologies and become the “account’s voice” in the company.
  • Assists the company’s executives in developing effective marketing strategies by providing them with information on market trends.
  • Identify potential business opportunities in the “owned” accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and TAT’s personnel who have worked with
  • customers; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
  • Initiates sales process (lead generation) by building relationships, qualifying potential, scheduling appointments.
  • Closes sales (manage chances to win) by overcoming objections, working with TAT’s contract guidelines.
  • Maintain an updated relevant and accurate database of the accounts in the company’s systems based on the company’s policies- Salesforce.
  • Research and estimate product demand for a purpose to add new products and service capabilities to the company product line in cooperation with the engineering and production
  • teams.
  • Take an active part in positioning the company as a leading Provider for major Aerospace & System manufacturers within the OEM sector.
  • Develop and leverage synergies on a group level, with colleagues in the sales and marketing department and among the TAT companies within the segment.

Substantial and in-depth knowledge and background of the aerospace industry

  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience at a Manager/Director’s level in the aerospace or related industry within the OEM sector
  • Experienced and demonstrate long-term business closure within the OEM segment.
  • Strong strategic orientation and approach.
  • Proven commercial experience and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate a track record of success in various sales positions (Previous proven experience in actual OEM services /sales and business growth is a must).
  • Technical orientation (must learn and to be familiar with the products of the companies.
  • International exposure (outside the US).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales/Marketing or related studies,
  • MBA is a significant advantage
  • Willingness to substantial travel domestic and international (at least 50%).
  • A strategic approach with capabilities both on the macro and micro levels
  • Must possess the ability to negotiate and close sales transactions, manage and resolve problems internally and externally to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Must possess practical oral and written communication skills
  • Must have interpersonal skills effective in connecting with people
  • Must be able to deliver convincing and concise presentations and be able to communicate effectively in person or using any medium.

    The Purchasing Supervisor will implement appropriate sourcing strategies to control the company’s purchased material costs and ensure an adequate supply is provided while managing and optimizing supplier performance, including continuous improvement, innovations, obsolescence, and reduce total cost of ownership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and direction for environmental compliance programs and practices.
    • Develops, recommends, and implements programs to assure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations, including documentation, reporting, permits, manifests, training, and policy development. Coordinates and manages all on-site hazardous materials.
    • Manage and direct the facilities and maintenance team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Director Of Organizational Development and HR

    The Director of Organizational Development (OD) and HR at Limco have overall responsibility for all HR aspects. They are responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of team members.

    Supervisory Responsibilities: This position manages the Senior HR generalist (Limco).

    Reporting directly to Limco’s GM and working in a matrix with EVP HR in Israel.

    The Director of OD will be responsible for providing full life-cycle HR management within the company (Limco).


    TAT Limco is located in Tulsa OK.

    Limco is known to be one of the industry’s leading independent shops for thermal components MRO serving many of the industry’s leading maintenance organizations as well as over 300 airlines around the world.

    In parallel to its MRO business, the company has a small Thermal components OEM activity. Recently the company made a strategic decision to drastically increase its military OEM business for both the commercial and military markets. This new strategy requires the company to lead an organizational change that includes cultural change, capabilities adjustments, management team building, organizational structure change, processes, methodologies, and other systems and tools.
