  • TAT PIEDMONT Component Services offers extensive component maintenance and overhaul capabilities to the commercial, regional, corporate, military and general aviation industries.

  • TAT TURBOCHROME is a leading jet engine component overhaul repair shop. The company has been involved in the aviation industry since 1969, serving commercial and military aviation, as well as industrial gas turbine customers to a high standard.

    Mr. Amos Malka, Chairman of the Board

    Chairman of our Board of Directors since 2016, Mr. Malka is also the Founder and Chairman of Nyotron (2008), a cyber-security provider based in Israel and USA. Since 2016 he has served as the Founder and Chairman of Spire Security Solutions Ltd, a security, intelligence and cyber security company. Among his other roles: Chairman and CEO of Logic Industries (2007-15); Chairman of Plasan Sasa (2007-10).
    Mr. Malka retired from the IDF in 2002 with the rank of Major General. He served as commander of the IDF Ground Forces Command, and later as Head of the Israeli Defense Intelligence. Mr. Malka holds a B.A. in history from Tel Aviv University (1987), and is a graduate of the IDF Staff & Command College (1980) and it’s National Defense Academy (1987).

    Mr. Igal Zamir, President & CEO

    TAT Technologies Group President and CEO since April 30, 2016, Mr Zamir previously served as President at Mapco Express (2009-13), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delek US Holdings Inc., which owns and operates 370 convenient stores and gas stations in the south-eastern region of the U.S. Prior to Mapco Express (2006-09) he served as CEO of Metrolight, a provider of proprietary energy saving solutions in High Intensity Discharge (HID) lighting systems.  Prior to that he served as CEO of Rostam (1998-2004), the world’s largest and leading provider of private label tampons. Mr. Zamir holds a B.S. in industrial engineering from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.

  • Mr. Ehud Ben-Yair

    Ehud Ben-Yair, Chief Financial OfficerMr.

    TAT Technologies Group’s Chief Financial Officer since May 2018, Mr. Ben- Yair previously served as Chief Financial Officer at SHL Telemedicine, a public company traded on the Swiss stock exchange (SIX- SHLTN) engaged in the digital health market. Between 2012-16 he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Opgal Optronics, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems (NASDAQ – ESLT), developing and manufacturing thermal imaging cameras for military and civilian aerospace markets. Prior to that, Mr. Ben- Yair served as Chief Financial Officer at Orad Hi-Tech Systems for 8 years, a public company traded on the AIM and German stock exchange (OHT), developing, manufacturing proprietary hardware to TV stations and broadcasters. Mr. Ben Yair is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Ben -Gurion University in Israel.

  • Ms. Adi Fine

    Ms. Adi Fine, Executive Vice President Human Resources

    Ms. Fine was appointed to TAT Technologies Groups’ EVP Human Resources in October 2020. She previously worked 6 years at Amdocs, a large global publicly traded company listed on the NASDAQ, provides telecommunication and media services. At her last role in Amdocs, she served as a Global Head of Leadership (2018-2020), and in her former role, she served as a global head of HR for Amdocs Optima (2015-2018). Prior to that, Adi has served as the head of HR for Clal Insurance, a large insurance company listed in Tel-Aviv (2013-2015).
    Prior to that, Ms. Fine served for over 15 years in Executive Human Resources positions as well as management consultant positions at various companies in various industries, including Hi-Tech, industrial, biotech and finance companies.
    Ms. Fine holds a B.A. in Business Administration & Psychology from Tel-Aviv University and a MA in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.

  • Mr. Eitan Shabtay

    Mr. Eitan Shabtay, Executive Vice President for Engineering and Technologies

    Executive Vice President for Engineering and Technologies at TAT Technologies Group Since September 2019, Mr. Shabtay began his professional career in 1992 at the IDF and served for 15 years. In his final position there he acted as Deputy Head of the Mechanical Research Department, tasked with developing innovative and complex systems that are at the forefront of technology. From 2006-07 Mr. Shabtay served as the VP R&D of Pulsar, a start-up company developing a solution for Magnetic Pulse Welding (MPW). From 2008-09 he was the VP R&D of IQwind, a start-up company in the clean-tech field, developing a unique gearbox for improving the efficiency of wind turbines. From 2010-11 he served as VP Programs of Plasan Sasa.
    In his last position prior to joining TAT Technologies Group, Mr. Shabtay served as a senior R&D Manager in Elbit Systems and led the development of multidisciplinary complex airborne commercial systems as well as a variety of electro-optical products and systems.
    Mr. Shabtay holds a B.Sc. In Mechanical Engineering (cum laude) from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (1991), M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University, Israel (1997) and MBA (summa cum laude) from Ben-Gurion University, Israel (2000).

    Dr. Yair Raz, Executive Vice President Global Strategy

    Dr. Yair Raz serves as EVP Global Strategy of TAT Technologies since September 2019.
    In the years (2012-2019) served as the President of Limco Airepair Inc., a subsidiary of TAT Technologies Ltd. His work experience includes the following rolls:
    COO of Piedmont Aviation, VP Operation, GM and later CEO at Precision Components International (1995-2012), and Plant Manager at Blades Technology Limited (1991-1994).
    Between 1983 to 1991 Dr. Raz had growing responsibility rolls as Lab, Quality and production manager.
    Dr. Raz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science in Materials from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and Doctorate in Philosophy
    Degree in Business Administration from La Salle University, Louisiana.

    MR. Lee K. Levy, Executive Vice President Global Defense

    Lee K Levy II retired from the United States Air Force with over 34 years of global defense and security experience. He is also currently serving as a member of the NASA Advisory Council and has been appointed by the Governor of Oklahoma as a member of the Oklahoma Aerospace and Autonomous Systems Council.
    During his final assignment in the United States Air Force, he was the commanding general of the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Air Force Materiel Command, headquartered at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He led nearly 43,000 total force U.S. and U.K. Airmen to deliver global combat effects for the immediate and long-term requirements of combatant commanders, allies, Foreign Military Sales Partners, and the whole of government. Though headquartered in Oklahoma City, the command comprised 73 global locations, more than $26B in assets generating over $16B revenue annually. Previously, he served as the Vice Director of Logistics on the Joint Staff, which supports the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in his role as the principal military advisor to the President. He also directed the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Deployment and Distribution Operations Center in Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. He also served as Director of Logistics for Air Mobility Command where he had global logistics and sustainment responsibility for the USAF’s airlift, air refueling, aeromedical evacuation, and national-level VIP fleets. Simultaneously he served as Director of Logistics for US Strategic Command Task Force 294. Prior to that, he was the commanding general of the 402d Maintenance Wing of over 10,000 total force airmen in support of US, DOD, and allied nations including sustainment and modification of the C-17, C-5, C-130, and F-15 fleets. His 34-year Air Force career encompassed numerous assignments and career areas including acquisition, operational testing, logistics and sustainment, supply chain, industrial base readiness, advanced manufacturing, civil engineering, strategy development, and nuclear operations.
    A New Orleans, LA native, his military career began in 1985 when he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He also has earned a graduate certificate in systems management from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Science degree in International Relations from Troy State University. He also earned a master’s degree in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College. His education also includes completing Harvard’s John F Kennedy School of Government’s Senior Executive Fellows Program and Senior Executives in National and International Security programs as well as the Air Force Enterprise Leadership seminar at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia; and the LOGTECH Executive Program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business.

    Veteran of TAT Piedmont with over 17 years’ experience in both Sales and Marketing and Operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the past three years. Previous experience includes different leadership positions in the Automotive Aftermarket industry. Extensive training in corporate management and mentoring programs with background in instructional management systems. Proven leader in high level business development and partnership building capabilities that serve as strategic growth for the TAT Technologies Group.

  • Mr. William Greer

    Senior Director – Military Sales

    Mr. William Greer, Senior Director – Military Sales

    Bill brings over 25 years of aerospace experience to TAT, including various management roles in General Management, Business Development, Sales/Marketing, Contracts and Customer Service. He also has 10 years of experience with IBM as a Systems Engineer prior to migrating to aerospace. Bill has worked with aerospace companies such as Telair International, Dukes Aerospace, Ontic Engineering, Kellstrom Defense and most recently with XPO Logistics. More than one half of Bill’s aerospace experience has been working with military customers including US Air Force, US Army, US Navy, DLA, and several allied foreign military services, both directly and via FMS. He has supported airframers, OEM’s and operators across a wide range of military platforms, including A-10, F-5/T-38, F-15, F-16, F-22, C-17, C-130, AH-64, CH-47, UH-60 and Patriot Missiles.

    Personally, Bill is a graduate of Arizona State University’s Engineering School and received his International MBA from Thunderbird. He piloted sailplanes while attending college in Arizona and taught business classes while living in California as an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University and California Lutheran University.
